3 البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية معالجتها
ينقسم التعامل مع البيانات في التطبيق إلى نوعين:

البيانات المدخلة من قبل المستخدم (تخزين محلي 100%):
جميع المفردات، الكلمات، الجمل، الملاحظات، مستويات الحفظ، نقاط الخبرة (XP)، وسجلات التقدم في الألعاب والقصص يتم حفظها في قاعدة بيانات محلية آمنة (SQLite) ومخزن الإعدادات (SharedPreferences) على ذاكرة هاتفك فقط. نحن لا نرفع هذه البيانات إلى أي خوادم سحابية خاصة بنا، ولا يمكن لأي طرف خارجي الاطلاع عليها.

المعلومات التقنية التشغيلية (الجمع التلقائي غير المباشر):
قد تقوم حزم تطوير البرمجيات التابعة لخدمات Google (الموضحة أدناه) بجمع بيانات تقنية تشخيصية ومجهولة الهوية مثل نوع الجهاز، إصدار نظام التشغيل Android، تقارير الأعطال (Crash Logs)، ومعرف الإعلانات (Advertising ID) لتحسين استقرار التطبيق وعرض الإعلانات المناسبة.
4 أذونات التطبيق وأسباب طلبها

5 خدمات وأطراف ثالثة (Third-Party SDKs)

- التشفير أثناء النقل: جميع الاتصالات الشبكية بين التطبيق ومزودي الخدمات البرمجية (مثل الترجمة والذكاء الاصطناعي) تتم عبر بروتوكولات التشفير الحديثة (HTTPS / TLS 1.3).
- العزل المحلي: تُحفظ بياناتك داخل بيئة التطبيق المعزولة (Sandboxed storage) بنظام أندرويد، ولا يمكن لتطبيقات أخرى الوصول إليها.
7 حقوق المستخدم وحذف البيانات
أنت المالك الوحيد لبياناتك ولك كامل السيطرة عليها:
- حذف المفردات والسجلات: يمكنك حذف أي كلمة أو جملة أو اختبار في أي وقت مباشرة من خلال واجهة التطبيق.
- مسح البيانات الشامل: يمكنك مسح كافة بيانات التطبيق وسجلاته بضغطة زر من خلال التوجه إلى إعدادات الهاتف > التطبيقات > "تعلم الانجليزية وجميع اللغات" > التخزين > مسح البيانات (Clear Data).
- إلغاء التثبيت: يؤدي إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق من جهازك إلى الحذف الفوري والنهائي لجميع البيانات المحلية وقواعد البيانات المرتبطة بالتطبيق.
8 خصوصية الأطفال (COPPA Compliance)
التطبيق موجه لجميع الفئات العمرية لتعلم اللغات، ولا يقوم التطبيق بجمع أي معلومات تعريف شخصية (PII) من الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً عن قصد. وإذا تبين لنا أن طفلاً قد قدم بيانات شخصية، يتم حذفها فوراً.

7 User Rights and Data Deletion
You have complete authority over your data at all times:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete any individual word, sentence, or history entry directly inside the App at any time.
- Complete Data Erasure: To clear all data, navigate to your Android device settings: Settings > Apps > Learn English and All Languages > Storage > Clear Data.
- Uninstalling the App: Removing the App from your device permanently and irreversibly deletes all local databases, cached files, and preferences.
8 Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
The App is an educational tool designed for general audiences and language learners. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
